Welfare Cheat

The laws for "privacy" for GA recipients needs to be changed. Hopefully so this is the exception rather than the rule.

When I got my government free money (Pell Grant, Cal Grants), I had to tell the Gov. everything about myself. Where I lived. Even my tax returns!

If that's not a violation of privacy, I don't know what would qualify...
