Jackass Tactics

First the dum dems can't win by substance.

Then they try to win by style.

That doesn't work so they try intimidation and violence. Funny how that never makes the liberal media...

Now they're ready to just lie and cry wolf, knowing their allies in the liberal media will make it the truth (from Drudge).

These dum dems need to defeated soundly on Nov 2nd and the purge must continue after that!

Easier Cheaper Gas?

As many people know, San Francsico has the most expensive gasoline in the country (on average).

Yup, more expensive than Hawaii.
Yup, more expensive than on the "5".

It's not that San Francisco gas is somehow made politically correct or has special pixie dust to make it nicer. It's simply politics. The liberals don't like cars for the masses (but they DO like cars and SUVs for themselves) so any sort of development must not encourage the use of cars.

This anti-development ranges from not building new gas stations (but closing current ones) to building new buildings with no parking (to encourage, I mean force people to ride union Muni".

Because gas stations are being closed and no new ones are being built, the price of the gas goes up along with all the new taxes and fees that are being levied.

But never fear, the people's hero and the liberal city's enemy, big-box Costco has three stores within sneezing distance. One in San Francisco and two in South San Francisco.

The El Camino Real location has Costco Gas. It's usually 10 to 15 cents per gallon cheeper than nearby stations and a whopping 35=40 cents cheeper than in San Francisco. The queues on the weekends approach 20 minutes and I would guestimate that 70% of those cars are from San Francisco.

The Airport store just got approval to build a gas station. Yay! There's nothing out there so that's great!

The San Francisco store? Sell gas? Forgeddabouddit. Ha ha.
