Green Corporate Citizen??I've got an old dead Hewlett-Packard laptop battery. Soo as a good corporate citizen (who by the way is a fan of capitalism, yay capitalism!), I'm trying to call HP to get a label sent to me so I can mail the old battery back to them so it can be properly disposed of.
So far, I've been on hold for a total of 10 minutes and transferred to Bangalore (India) to a guy that insists on case numbers and is now keeping me on hold trying to find another phone number to dump me off to. Now I've got to wait for a call back.
Pretty soon, I'm just going to toss the battery and the box it came in into the recycle bin...
