Rat Bastard dum-a-craps!

As if trying to deny the California people's right to recall it's officials through the courts was bad enough, we now have a democrap assemblyman, Mark Ridley-Thomas (and democrap senator Don Perata) who is trying to slip through some legislation, ACA20, that would do the following:
The amount of people that are needed to initiate a recall will have to be 12% of the TOTAL registered voters in the state in the previous election for constitutional officers as compared to 12% of the actual amount of votes received previously. That number jumps to 20% for Senators, Assemblypeople, Judges and Board of Equalization members.

And if there is a recall, the Lt. Governor becomes the new Governor. No replacement candidates.

This bill was introduced on 9 September 2003, when the dum dems realized that they had a problemo, hoping to sneak this through the Legislature now attention has turned toward the new Governor.

This must be made public! The democraps don't like a law when it's used against them, so gut the law instead!

Apparently, this is an example of the "business as usual" puke politics that's currently in vogue in Sacramento.

I'm Toast...

if I ever want to sit on the Federal Bench.

You see, the democrap party, the so-called "party of inclusion and diversity" apparently has no tolerance for people of color that deviate from their agenda or diversity, accepting the fact that people of color also have a diversity of opinion, from choice of hamburgers to their views on issues.

And for some reason, conservative minorities are incapable of being professional, unlike other professionals such as Al Sharpton and Carol Mosely-Braun.

CA Supreme Court Justice Janice Rogers Brown is now getting Borked by the Senate duma-craps. Except she's showing early on that she's in it for the long haul.

According to the dumb-a-craps, she's "outside the mainstream" for the Federal Bench. Gee, she got 76% in her confirmation election (CA Judges need to run for retention every seven years). However, her background as a daughter of a Alabama sharecropper may put her outside of the (liberal) mainstream...

Dianne Feinstein (with yet another reason why she's got to go) attacked Brown's ability to be professional when she questioned if she could separate her personal opinions from her work. Didn't see that question come up with demo-crap nominees during the dark age of clinton!

And dum dem dick durbin (D-Il) says because her rulings (in his opinion) lean in the "frequent dissenter in the rightward direction", he is skeptical in her nomination. Yeah, and if she was a "frequent dissenter" in the leftward direction, she'd be fine?

There have been sooooo many good nominees of all races and both genders that have been jammed because the duma-craps refuse to believe that because they believe differently than they do, that they are less capable or less qualified.

If I ever come up for a position on the Federal Bench, make sure that the Senate is controlled by the Reeps. Even better, return this favor next time there's a demo-crap president (hopefully not for a loooooong time).

Recovering

Had a very busy weekend.

First, had to leave work early on account of dead car battery and the desire of not being stranded at 6th & Market on a Friday.

Went to the House of Prime Rib. Henry VIII cut. Booze. Yum!
Nightcap @ 850 Montgomery.

Saturday was SC beating the crap outta Notre Lame in South Bend. Then housekeeping. Then WallyWorld, a biannual celebration of wrecking your liver and eating fattening food. Actually, it's homebrew and it's pretty good. And some cuties there too.

Sunday is the day after. Football and baseball and cleaning up wallyhouse. 49ers' won for once. Wah!

Did I mention, SC over Notre Lame? Ahhhahhhahahhaaa!

not so dum dem

A while ago, I posted a quote from AG Lockyer about his warning to Recalled Governor Joseph (Gray) Davis about "puke politics" and his warning about he and other big dum dems not supporting Davis if he went down that road?

Well, Lockyer is a man of his word and again, not such a dum dem.

He came out of the closet yesterday and admitted in Berkeley that he voted no on the recall (surprise) and yes for Schwarzengger (huh?)!

When I read this, I nearly showered my computer screen with the coffee that was in my mouth...

Wonder what this will do to him and his credibility with the moribund CA Dum Dem party...maybe it's time for him to reconsider his party affiliation. Maybe an independent would be cool, since he's gone against the dum dems and he's not a Reep...
