You might have heard that the 1st year anniversary of the liberation of Iraq (AKA the "occupation" of Iraq, according to the liberal left) was last weekend.
Naturally, International ANSWER (AKA the Communist Party) had demonstrations. The SFPD was ready and we had the usual bitching and whining from "activists" that disobeyed SFPD orders to disperse and what not.
Then they charged (assaulted) officers and tried to "free" one of their own because he was being held.
Then they bitched because SFPD used force against them. After all that, sheesh!
Hope our new DA presses charges and follows through with jail time. Let's see if she's the real deal or not. Assaulting SFPD officers or SFSD deputies should come with the maximum jail time and penalities.
Here's some advice:
If ppl who are wearing stars and guns tell you to move on, well, it's a good idea to do as they say.
Now, check out this fucking asshole from the "march" on Saturday.
Send him to Lower Manhattan during the workday with that sign and that attitude. He wouldn't last more than a few minutes, if he was lucky. And no, this has not been photoshopped or edited in any way. There's a full
thread about this including comments from the person who took the photo.
Do we see this in SFGate or the Examiner? Nope. How about on our local news channels? Nope. Or the fact that this "demonstration" wasn't really that big or that not a lot of ppl cared about the messengers?
This is a symbol on what these "demonstrations" are all about and why these asswipes should be wiped off the face of the earth along with the terrorists. If they want a country run by true communism, they should volunteer to move to North Korea. I'm sure Kim would like them to go for propaganda purposes. If they want to support the infatada, they should leave for the Palastininan Authority and take up arms. If they support the former Baathists who are killing coalition troops and civilians in Iraq, they should go to Iraq and take up arms against us. Just dun cry "I have rights, I'm an American" when you get pinched with an AK in your grubby mitts.
Of course, if they did that, they wouldn't be eligible for welfare, GA or their trust funds anymore...so that's why they dun put their money where their mouths are...

Because of all this, I am so ashamed of my home city (and yes I'm a third generation native). When I'm overseas when asked, I tell people that I'm from California.
Somehow, saying i'm from San Francisco bring up feelings of shame and disgrace instead of pride. And many others here feel the same way.
