Stripping versus Food?
As I understand, Bangledesh is one of the poorer countries on the planet.
So why is the husband of one of their UN "diplomats"
spending what would amount to the
annual income of 100 people in his home country in a strip club?
And now claiming that he was falsely charged on four of his credit cards to the tune of US$130,000?
Another reason to move the UN out of New York and into the interior such as Des Moines or Butte. The UN is such a plum assignment because their "diplomats" or dependents get to play and have fun. If you remove that part of the equation, maybe you will get more work and more rational people working there as the UN assignment will look less desirable and will no longer be a dumping ground for playboys, extremists and party people.
Perhaps it will actually be stocked with diplomats concerned with the job.
