left wing temper tantrum
Last night, the liberal left wingers had a march/riot, I mean temper tantrum. Here are
some pix.
Nice, huh? These are the left-wing democraps that are part of "diversity" in San Fran.

Here's an
advocacy site, trying to get the "youth" vote to vote.
Unlike the democrap front "rock the vote", this takes pains to be non-partisan. It's hella funny too.
And if you look in the "Election night parties" section, you'll note that there are none in San Francisco. Ha ha ha.

Disclaimer: I'm not a Rushie, but he's entertaining to listen to from time to time...and they say that politics makes strange allies. I'm a member of the "smokes, drinks and stays out late" caucus, and I think this is fine.

Post Election postscript
Peggy Noonan has a great postscript on Tuesday's election
here.
She writes about the differences between the victorious Republicans and the defeated (but apparently sore loser) democraps.
Here's a line about the GOP volunteers (of which I was one, sent to a battleground state):
A ragtag band of more than a million Republican volunteers who fought like Washington's troops at Valley Forge beat the paid Hessians of King George III's army.
I can say that this line is pretty accurate. We weren't bankrolled by a rich useful idiot nor were we funded by a shadowy group of people hiding behind the numerals 5-2-7. Some of us stayed home to fight the battle here and some of us were sent to other states to fight.
And in the end, we emerged victorious.
Savor this victory, for tomorrow the war continues. And nothing is more nasty than a loser democrap.
Yes, I will gloat now.
Fuck Michael Moore! (
to see that in you minds eye can cause an brain aneurism)
Fuck George Soros! (
I dun think you can write off the US$70 million you dumped into 527s as a "business loss". If you try, may an IRS audit come faster than you can say "unelect Bush".)
Fuck the liberal media elite! (
Dan "those 1972 documents are real" Rather and company)
Fuck the Hollywood liberals! (
Janine Buffalo and Al Franken-Sharpton are sure unhappy now, I bet)
Fuck Tom Daschle!! (
while rolling eyes and sighing)
I'm sure I will figure out more creative ways to gloat later.
And for the angry left, some words of advice:
We Won, you lost, ACCEPT IT!

No more Tripwire
Sooo it's the end of an era.
The
Nuclear Tripwire (
AKA the DMZ) that has deterred the NorKs for 40 years is no more. Well,
sort of deterred the NorKs.
Now the DMZ is manned exclusively by ROK troops. Not sure if they will either fight to the death (they're pretty tough) or welcome NorK invaders (and get butchered) if an invasion occurs.
But it's about time because (as in the article) the ROK is no longer a poor third world country. It just acts like one still.

Whining in South Dakota
Apparently Tom Daschle thinks people scare easy. Or maybe he does.
I mean, bringing a
lawsuit disallowing poll observers because they could intimidate people...
...by rolling their eyes.
You have GOT to
read this blow-by-blow account.
What an idiot. If he somehow keeps his seat, expect large amounts of voter fraud on his behalf.

Tired
After three nights with less than 4 hours sleep, tonight we’ve been cut loose early. Got back at 2300.
This being cut loose early along with going back to Standard Time means I’ll get 7 hours of sleep tonight. Cuz I don't wanna crash the 15 seat van!
The last real sleep until Tuesday night. Cuz this is endgame.
On my way to my room, I wound up chatting with some folks who were cleaning up a party that they held for their little kids. They had leftover pizza and offered. When I told them that I was working a campaign and had pizza for three straight days and couldn’t have any more, the young parents asked who I was working for.
When I told them, they thanked me for doing this work. These parents understood the long-term importance of the upcoming election and knew that Kerry would be bad news for most Americans, short and long term.
They said that the work I (and the other volunteers) are doing is the most important work right now.
And this is why we do it.
