Send your money anywhere else BUT the UN!
Why donate to private organizations (American Red Cross, Worldvision, etc) for tsunami relief instead of the UN?
Let's see. Here's an
example on how UN "workers" use money that is supposed to be
earmarked for "aid" in Afghanistan.
Only 16% of the monies make it to the Afghani government. The rest goes to UN and NGO "workers" who take over villas, buy top of the line Toyota Landcruisers, drink nothing but the Blue and live like pashas.
While bitching about how they dun have enough money to complete their "mission". Now I would think that Kabul would be a hardship post, but it is going too far when your hardship post is more comfortable than home.
They suck. US $$$ OUT of the UN!

Sandra Bullock has
pledged US$1 million for tsunami relief to the American Red Cross.
Note she did NOT pledge US$1 million to the UN. Because of that, I'm sure some eurotrash parasite bureaucrat will call her "stingy".
In fact she has, by herself, donated more than some socialist European states that think that percentage of GNP donated will help more than the quantity of said monatary aid.
People from said socialist states should be BANNED from any position at the UN that requires handling money, lest they skim off too much for themselves.
