It's Working!!Guess what?
Care not Cash is working! Just looking at the numbers, when GA moved from all cash (free money) to vouchers for services and a stipend, apparently there were a lot of lifestyle homeless (that also serve as the liberal left's ground troops) that were living high off the city. San Francisco went from 2497 bums on General Assistance (free money) to 545 now (vouchers). 80% drop lah!
Guess there were a lot of bums that were collecting free money. MY MONEY! Well, actually there still are. They're all on the 2nd floor of City Hall...
Now there's more in the till to help those who REALLY need the assistance to get back on their feet and NOT to subsidize a "homeless lifestyle".
All they gotta do now is sweep the streets and get rid of the "agressive panhandlers" that are still out there...
